This app runs for around 5 hours. You will need to enter the settings on your phone and set your Auto-lock to 'never' or the maximum it will go. Next start the session and prop up your phone next to your bed pointing towards yourself while trying to sleep.
Please note: Not all phones can remain open for longer than 30 minutes. For some people this time may be enough. For others please try a tablet or laptop if you have one, as these may be more flexible.
